I'm in, are you?

Tour de Kota 2009, I registered tonight for the whole week. I missed riding the whole week last year for the first time since it started. I'm looking forward to another good week of riding...even though it is covering a lot of the same territory. I do have to say I'm very excited about the Chamberlain to Pierre day as that is some of the prettiest country in South Dakota and also has some ummm.... should we say.... a few small rolling hills ;) .

Oh crap!!!!
"and also has some ummm.... should we say.... a few small rolling hills ;)"
That must mean MONSTER HILLS!!!!!
Yer not the first blogger to hint at the lung buster hills. I don't think I can train enough to make it easy. Perhaps I can train enough to make it livable?

I'm in for the full week - yipee! The pedaling.com site refers to the Native American Scenic Byway between Chamberlain and Pierre as "mostly flat, with some rolling and gradual hills." Remind me to never ride a route on this website that they describe as challenging hills if they think this route is mostly flat! http://www.pedaling.com/searchRides/RideDetails.asp?RouteID=664
